Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our stickers and other printed products are custom-made to your specifications, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been printed or approved for production. However, your satisfaction is super important to us — so here’s how we handle things:

1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once printing has started, we can’t cancel or refund the order.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your stickers arrive damaged, misprinted, or not as approved, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them.
We’ll happily reprint your order after reviewing the issue. You may need to provide a photo of the problem to help us sort it quickly.

3. Colour & Size Disclaimer

Please note that minor colour or size variations may occur due to screen differences or print tolerances — this isn’t considered a defect. 

4. Shipping Issues

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, but we’ll do our best to help track or resolve delivery issues.

5. How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Email us at sales@simplystickers.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the problem

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
